Customer Design: In order to fulfill orders and provide customized services, we may need to collect some definitions of customer designs, including design jpg, product design elements, AI files, and any other traceable design documents or drawings. (including before and after revisions). This information will be used to customize apparel and communicate with you.

2. Use of Information: We will strictly limit the use of the customer’s design and will only use it to fulfill the order and provide customer service. This information will not be used for any other commercial purpose unless we have your explicit consent. The design files are stored in our internal management system in the form of order drawings.

Only authorized employees who process orders or provide customer support, etc., have access to this information. Any unauthorized access or disclosure of customer information is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted.

4. Physical Products: Physical products include samples in a sample order, all products in a bulk order, and pre-production samples for a bulk order. The samples in the customer’s sample order may be shipped separately, the bulk goods will be shipped according to the actual quantity ordered, and the pre-production samples will be shipped together with the bulk goods. Bulk orders will not contain less products than the actual order quantity.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties: In some cases, we may need to share some of the necessary design data with a third party partner in order to fulfill the order and provide better service to the customer. However, before sharing the information with a third party, we will ensure that they share our commitment to privacy and take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the information.

6. Legal Requirements: If necessary, we may be required to disclose certain design information in response to a court order or other legal process, subject to applicable law.

Customer Rights: Under applicable law, customers have a number of rights with respect to their Design Data, including, but not limited to, access, correction, deletion, etc. If you wish to exercise these rights, please do so.
